Refund policy

No recurring charges

Each checkout authorises one payment for the selected image credit pack. We do not store an instruction to charge you again. To buy more credits, you must start and approve a new purchase yourself.

Requesting a refund

Write to hello@vireolens.com from your account email. Include the receipt number and a short explanation so we can review the purchase.

Refunds

• Used image credits are generally non-refundable because the service has already been provided for those credits.
• We refund duplicate or erroneous charges in full.
• We refund in full where a technical failure on our side prevented you from using the service and we could not resolve it.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Where you ask us to supply digital services immediately by using credits, you acknowledge that the right may be lost once the service is fully performed, and that a proportionate amount may be deducted for credits already used.
