Terms & conditions

Credit-based service · Effective 1 September 2026 · Operated by Real Tech Designs, S.L.

These terms govern your use of Vireolens, an AI image-analysis credit service operated by Real Tech Designs, S.L. (“Vireolens”, “we”, “us”), Calle Arquímedes 4, Planta 0, Oficina 19, 28914 Leganés (Madrid), Spain, VAT ESB88460571. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Vireolens analyses images using AI to produce descriptions, extracted text (OCR), translations, captions and structured metadata. Paid usage is available through one-time image credit packs published at vireolens.today/pricing.

2. Accounts & free credits

A free account may be created with no payment card and includes 20 image credits. Free credits do not renew. You pay only when you actively select a credit pack and authorise its one-time payment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Credit packs, pricing & payment

  • Packs: Starter €9 (300 image credits), Studio €29 (2,000 image credits), and Scale €79 (10,000 image credits). Each price is a one-time charge and excludes VAT, which is applied at checkout based on your billing location.
  • Each purchase is charged once. We do not automatically renew a pack or make recurring charges. Buying more credits always requires a new payment authorised by you.
  • Purchased credits are added to your account balance, do not expire while your account remains open, and are used as you process images.
  • A receipt is issued after each successful purchase. There are no renewal reminders because purchases do not renew.

4. Refunds

There is no subscription to cancel and no future charge scheduled after a purchase. To request a refund for a duplicate, erroneous or unusable purchase, email hello@vireolens.com. See our refund policy.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on first purchase. Where you request immediate access to the service, you acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once the service has been fully performed within that period, and that for partial performance a proportionate amount is payable for the service already provided.

6. Acceptable use & your content

  • You must hold the rights to any image you upload and must not upload unlawful, infringing or prohibited content.
  • We process uploads solely to deliver the service; see our privacy policy for how content is handled and retained.
  • You retain all rights to your own content and to the outputs generated for you. All platform software and intellectual property remain ours.

7. Availability, liability & changes

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected credit pack. We may update these terms with reasonable prior notice; material changes affecting pricing will be shown before your next optional purchase.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
